PACP Training
Mar-Tech is qualified to offer NASSCO’s Pipeline Assessment Certification Program (PACP) user training. NASSCO, the National Association of Sewer Service Companies, is committed to standardized procedures to ensure that each and every rehabilitation project is a success. The PACP is an important initiative in reaching this goal.
The PACP is a North American standard for sewer defect identification and assessment. It provides standardization and consistency to the methods in which sewer pipe conditions are evaluated and TV inspection results are managed. Developed in partnership with the Wastewater Research Centre (WRc), the PACP is an adaptation of the UK’s TV inspection coding system.
Some of the benefits of PACP training are:
- Language understood by inspectors, reviewers and engineers throughout the industry.
- Consistent means of benchmarking collection data, easing comparison of different data sets.
- PACP definitions help CCTV pipeline inspectors to record consistent observations.
- Students who successfully complete PACP user training do not need to re-certify at this time.
If you are interested in an unlisted date, it may be possible to book a private training session.
